ANGELS: THE FALLEN & THE HOLY
Angels: The Fallen & The Holy is a project Karoline Mazzarella completed in 2021 within her first year studying in the MA Menswear course taught by the University of Westminster.
Inspired by the ever present notion of good and evil, illustrated through angelic beings, this soccer performance wear project focuses on mesh textile experimentations and investigates the use of technology.
Various mesh fabrics were used to produce a ventilation effect in the shape of angel feathers. The short is comprised of a compression under short and a ventilated-feathered over short.
